Tartlet filled with cheese and bacon

Ingredients (4 people)

8 shortcrust pastry tartlets.
200 grams of cheese for spreading.
50 grams of dates.
50 grams of bacon.
How to make them:
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan.
Remove the stones from the dates.
Fill the tartlets with the cheese spread. Decorate with the fried bacon and one stoned date.
Serve immediately, before the tartlet gets soft.
